Q. How do I return my item(s)?

A. Please send us an email at andrea@jaye-studio.com to start your return process. Each return is handled on a case by case basis. Once the product has been received and inspected at our facility we will process your refund. Refunds can only be credited to your original form of payment. Your account will be credited within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are never included in a refund.

Q. How long do I have to return my items? 

A. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase

Q. Is local pickup available in the Utah County Area?

A. Yes, local pickup is available. Please email us at andrea@jaye-studio.com and we can coordinate a local pickup!

Q. Where is local pickup located?

A. Our local pickup is located in Saratoga Springs, UT Approximately 2100 N & Redwood Rd. Exact location will be given when "local pickup" is chosen on your order.
